Your care begins with a comprehensive dermatology evaluation to get a clear understanding of your condition and decide on an appropriate treatment.
Referrals are required for the following treatments and services:

- Cutaneous lymphoma

- Psychocutaneous medicine clinic
- Skin cancer care (Mohs surgery)

Some health insurance policies require that you have a referral from your family doctor (primary care provider, or PCP) to make an appointment. Please review your health insurance coverage before calling for an appointment.
注意: Cosmetic dermatology services are considered optional and are therefore not covered by insurance. Consultations are available and include a comprehensive exam and overview of recommended options. All procedures must be paid in full when appointment is scheduled.
Shared medical appointments
If you have an appointment at Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics Heater Road, you may be scheduled for a shared medical appointment. Shared medical appointments offer an interactive approach to health care that brings patients together who have common needs. For more information, see "Shared Medical 任命" on the Scheduling 任命 页面.
Returning patients
